Refund Policy

1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns under the following conditions:

• The item was received in a defective, damaged, or non-functional condition.
• The wrong product was delivered (does not match your order).
• The return request is raised within 7 days of delivery.
• The product is in its original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and labels intact.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

• Products that have been used, soldered, or physically modified.
• Custom or special-order items manufactured to your specifications.
• Software, downloadable products, or items with broken seals where applicable.
• Items returned without original packaging or missing accessories.

3. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, follow these steps:

2. Our team will review your request and provide a return authorisation within 1-2 business days.
3. Once approved, ship the item back to us using the instructions provided. Please ensure the product is securely packaged.
4. After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund or replacement.

4. Refund Process

• Refunds are processed to the original payment method used during purchase.
• Once the returned item is received and inspected, refunds are initiated within 3-5 business days.
• Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take an additional 5-7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
• You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed.

5. Replacements

If you received a defective or incorrect item, you may opt for a replacement instead of a refund. Replacements are subject to stock availability. If the item is out of stock, we will issue a full refund.

6. Shipping Costs

• If the return is due to a defect, damage, or an error on our part, we will bear the return shipping cost.
• For all other eligible returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping charges.
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

7. Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order before it has been shipped:

• Contact us immediately via email or WhatsApp with your order number.
• If the order has not yet been dispatched, we will cancel it and issue a full refund.
• If the order has already been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. You may initiate a return after delivery.

8. Damaged in Transit

If your order arrives damaged due to shipping, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged package and product. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
